Kashmir is not Palestine and India is also not Israel

Before going to discuss on Palestinian and Naxalite, I would like to write on difference and similarity between Palestinian and Kashmiri militant. As we know that 39,145 sq miles area of Kashmir is under India’s control. 33,145 sq miles area of Kashmir is under Pakistan’s control while China has 14,500 sq miles under its control. India, Srinagar is capital and Muzaffarabad is capital in Pakistan.like other disputes the Kashmir dispute is also due to British. When British were leaving the India, they partitioned India into two countries – Pakistan (Muslim majority) and India (Remaining people special Hindu majority). But after independence there were some states which were autonomous. For example- Hyderabad Deccan, Jammu and Kashmir. They were fully independent to decide where to go (to join the Pakistan or remain in India or independent). But iron man of India, Saradar Vallabhbhai Patel and PM of India Jawaharlal Nehru used very strong action to resolve these state in India. But during the British rule, divide and rule policy was used by British. They had install Hindu ruler on Muslim majority and Muslim ruler on Hindu majority. So there was Hindi ruler on Kashmir. But majority people in Kashmir were Muslim. So people obviously wanted to join Pakistan while Maharaja (ruler) didn’t want that. He was thinking to be independent. But Pakistan army attacked Kashmir and they forced Kashmir’s ruler to join Pakistan. Then Ruler took help of Government of India. Then Kashmir was officially resolve in India and became the integral part of India on the condition of giving some type of freedom to J&K (Art 370)
But is the Kashmiri really enjoy happiness of life? The answer is complicated. Because in the war of militant and army, common people lose their basic needs. But now situation is better than the past. Yes there still some problems in Kashmir. But now people are aware of real questions and answers. And other side militant loses public support.Although there are similarity between Palestinian and Kashmiri militant such they both want their own state on the belief of similarly identity, there are some major differences –
1. First thing is that the parent country did not give any kind of nationality to Palestinian. India gave nationality to J&K. Government of India accepted the people of J&K as citizen of India.
2.It is fact that if anything is happened with Palestinian, it will be the international issue, but it is not happened with people of J&K.There is major difference between terrorism in Palestine and J&K.
3. Palestinians are engaged in these terrorist activities but on the other hand it is linked to the continued Israeli occupation of their homeland which should be handed back to them,But it is not true about terrorism in J&K. There is evidence which claims that the source of will and fund both are coming from outsiders.
4. Palestine movement is the Islamic struggle against Jewish occupation, while there is no religious factor behind Kashmir issue. It is against mis-governance and continuous presence of security force.

So although the origin of ‘both rivers’ is same but ‘the end’ is not same, due to the ‘direction of flow’. But both nations have to think on their mistake. Because for India although the problem is about to solve, it may be take new critical face. Another country has to think on the fact that peace is the requirement of the world.
